Processing Time All orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times We ship to 49 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch and are in addition to processing time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and the items in your order. We use flat-rate shipping across our delivery zones to keep costs transparent and predictable.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
International Orders — Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure of applicable charges.
Delays & Lost Parcels While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dream Chaser Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
