How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
Which countires do you ship to?
We ship to United Kingdom, Unitd States of America and Canada.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery status.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes depending on the product. Please check the size chart available on each product page before ordering.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our products fit true to size. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after purchase before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
